The tropical trend has landed in full flow just in time for summer! Palm leaf print and pineapples are making a big statement everywhere where you go and we love the bright, fresh and fun prints available.

Mixing fresh greens with pops of pink creates a super fun and bold update to your interiors whilst mixing green with beautiful shades of blue will give you a more sophisticated chilled vibe. Either way, you will still feel like it’s summer on the inside even if the weather is saying something different on the outside!

The easiest places to introduce the tropical trend into your home would be the bedroom, dining room or bathroom. These are usually the places you can easily update the accessories without having to spend too much. That isn’t to say you can’t go all out in your living room or kitchen if you are up for a bold change. Your home your rules!

There is however always too much of a good thing so its best to not go overkill. Especially with a trend so print heavy. A few small touches and you can be living the tropical trend without a complete home makeover!

We have chosen some of our favourite botanical pieces to add to your home without breaking the bank! Personally, I would never invest any decent amount money into a trend item for your home! Unless it’s completely your style and you don’t intend to change it again in the years to come.

If you love the print but hate colour, Zara home also have an amazing black and white tropical trend range in at the moment and it is amazing!! I would have probably done a whole post about it but I didn’t want it to come across as a love letter to Zara. But I do love Zara home just to clarify.
